However, we recognise that cutting costs is only a part of the solution in ensuring a successful and profitable business, you also need sales. Increased volume and better margins combined with reduced costs will produce a healthy rise in profit.
Selling can be as simple as putting customers together with a need you can satisfy but the Art of Selling often involves showing potential customers why YOU can satisfy their needs better than anyone else can – even if you will charge them more money to do so - it’s no good increasing your sales volume if you have given away all the profit in the process.
Montagu Pryce can help you come up with sales and marketing strategies that will deliver you more sales volume at better margins and help you get more from your current sales. We will only take a fee based upon the level of success we achieve – often this takes the form of a profit share and in some cases can involve equity participation. If we don’t improve your profitability we don’t earn anything and if we take equity then we are committed to ensuring you keep growing and become ever more profitable well into the future.
If you are happy with your performance as it stands now then there is probably little we can do. But if you want to improve your business and see a healthy sales growth then Montagu Pryce can help. We will put as many consultants and sales staff on the project as are required and will stay until the job is done.

- We can offer a fixed fee for a set increase and when the increase has been achieved we present our bill. This has the benefit of you knowing exactly what to expect in terms of performance and costs.
- We can carry out our service with no money changing hands but by agreeing to an equity arrangement that will see us rewarded for our successes by receiving a share of your company. We still work to agreed targets in terms of sales and profitability but take equity instead of fees.
- We can also create a deal that incorporates elements from both these models.
- Consortium members will pay approximately 30% less for our services than non-members.
The bottom line is that the deal that we do will be determined by your and our expectations and the amount of work we will need to perform to meet these expectations.
